Refund Policy
Effective November 3, 2026
All sales of digital products and customized services are final, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law. Please read the product description, format, access requirements, and price before purchasing.
Digital products and customized work
Our final-sale policy applies to digital downloads, ebooks, guides, templates, digital documents, tax academies, credit DIY courses, CRM builds, JotForm builds, branding services, software-related items, and other customized services offered through this store. Downloading or accessing a product is not a trial period.
We do not offer discretionary refunds for changing your mind, buying the wrong item, not using a purchase, failing to attend a session, or expecting a particular credit score, tax outcome, business result, or income level. Product results depend on your circumstances and actions.
Delivery or access problems
If your file is missing, incorrect, damaged, or inaccessible, contact us with your order number, purchase email, product name, and a description of the issue. Check your confirmation email and spam folder first. We will review the order and help restore access, resend the correct file, or address a verified delivery problem.
Please do not email full payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or credit reports when requesting store support.
Store credit
In approved situations, store credit only may be issued at the company's discretion. Store credit can be applied to eligible future products or services and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Discretionary store credit does not replace a refund or remedy that the law requires.
Services, subscriptions, and cancellation rights
Service scope, timing, recurring billing, and cancellation procedures are governed by the specific offer and any separate signed agreement. Ending a subscription stops future charges according to the agreement; it does not automatically refund past charges. Contact us if you need help locating your cancellation instructions.
For services subject to special cancellation rules, including credit-repair services where applicable, the legally required notices, cancellation period, and remedies control. This store policy does not waive those rights.
Optional rush service
Where offered and expressly accepted, a rush request carries an additional $99 fee. Availability and the expedited delivery schedule must be confirmed for the particular order. A rush request does not guarantee an outcome or completion before a deadline that we have not accepted.
Billing errors and required remedies
Contact us promptly about a duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charge so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights, lawful billing disputes, or remedies for products or services that were not delivered as required.
