Terms & Conditions

Effective November 3, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Boss Up With She online store and purchases from it. Review these terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the specific product description before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented for that purchase.

1. Store operator and eligibility

Boss Up With She is the digital store presented by Bailey Tax & Associates and Service Bureau Sorority Sisters, powered by SLB Tax Proz. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement, or have a parent or guardian complete an eligible purchase for you. Provide accurate contact, account, and billing information.

2. What your purchase includes

The product page and checkout identify the item, price, format, access, and included services. An ebook, template, or self-guided course does not include individual tax preparation, credit-repair representation, legal advice, software customization, coaching, or ongoing support unless the offer expressly includes it. Separate professional services may require intake, eligibility review, disclosures, and a signed service agreement.

If a separate signed agreement applies, it governs the service-specific scope, fees, timing, and cancellation rights. Product-specific license rights expressly included with your purchase govern that product.

3. Prices, payment, and subscriptions

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any disclosed optional fees are shown during purchase. Payment is processed through the checkout provider. An order is subject to successful payment and confirmation. We will contact you to resolve a pricing error or unavailable item; we will not impose an undisclosed increase after purchase.

Recurring charges apply only when you select and authorize a recurring offer. Review the amount, billing frequency, term, renewal, and cancellation instructions before agreeing. Contact store support for help locating the applicable agreement or cancellation method. A one-time digital purchase does not create a subscription.

4. Digital delivery and access

Digital files are generally made available through the order-confirmation page or purchase email after successful payment. Access to courses, accounts, customized builds, or services follows the schedule in the offer or separate agreement. Keep your purchase email and check spam or junk folders. You are responsible for a working email address, internet connection, and compatible software for the disclosed file type. Contact us about missing or inaccessible files.

5. Refunds and legally required rights

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Digital products and customized services are final sale except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing here waives mandatory cancellation rights, remedies for non-delivery or misrepresentation, or lawful billing-dispute rights. Credit-repair services, where applicable, require their own legally mandated disclosures, contract, and cancellation rights.

6. License and ownership

Unless the product expressly grants broader rights, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased materials for your own personal or internal business purposes. Ownership of the content, branding, training, and original templates remains with the applicable rights holder. Do not resell, publish, redistribute, upload for public download, share account credentials, or claim authorship without written permission.

Master resell rights (MRR), private label rights (PLR), or other resale rights apply only when expressly included with the product you purchased and are limited to that license. These terms do not revoke rights expressly granted by that license. Third-party materials and software remain subject to their own licenses.

7. Responsible use

Do not use the store or materials for fraud, falsified documents, deceptive disputes, unauthorized access, impersonation, harassment, or infringement. Protect your login credentials and notify us of suspected misuse. Access may be limited to address a material breach, fraud, or security concern, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement. Nothing here restricts truthful reviews or lawful complaints.

8. Education and outcomes

Materials are educational and must be applied to your circumstances and current requirements. Laws, forms, lender rules, and software features can change. We do not guarantee a particular credit score, deletion, approval, funding amount, tax refund, income, revenue, or business result. You remain responsible for accurate information, due diligence, required licenses, filings, and professional advice appropriate to your situation.

9. Affiliate links and third parties

Some resources contain affiliate links. We may earn a commission or referral benefit if you use a qualifying link. Third-party providers determine their own pricing, eligibility, approvals, terms, privacy practices, and availability. A referral does not guarantee approval or a result. Review the provider's current disclosures before applying or buying.

10. Communications and privacy

Order and support communications may be needed to fulfill your purchase. Marketing email or text consent, where requested, is separate from purchase agreement and is not a condition of buying. Use the unsubscribe instructions in marketing emails or reply STOP to marketing texts. The Privacy Policy explains store data practices and contact options.

11. Service interruptions and responsibility

We take reasonable steps to maintain store access and correct delivery issues, but third-party systems and internet service can experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse of educational materials or events outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Updates and questions

Updates apply prospectively from the posted effective date. A later website update does not retroactively change a completed purchase or signed agreement. Texas law applies to the extent consistent with mandatory laws protecting you. Contact us before purchase if an offer, license, payment term, or delivery requirement is unclear.
